The Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice at NYU School of Law hosted the Thirteenth Annual Emile Noël Lecture on the State of the (European) Union on Tuesday, 24 April 2018. This year’s lecture “The Clash of Titans: The European Court of Justice and National Constitutional Courts” was presented by Professor Marta Cartabia, Vice-President and Judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy. The lecture was presented as a Fireside Chat between Judge M. Cartabia and J.H.H. Weiler, University Professor and Director of The Jean Monnet Center.
