The International Society of Public Law (ICON-S) held its annual meeting in Hong Kong 25-27 June 2018. The IILJ hosted one panel on its incipient InfraReg project, chaired by Gráinne de Búrca with presentations by Benedict Kingsbury, Shitong Qiao, and Thomas Streinz. Karen Yeung provided comments.
