The incipient IILJ InfraReg project organized an informal interdiscplinary conversation with Gregoire Mallard from the Graduate Institute in Geneva.
He spoke about his work on the nuclear age and contractual knowledge as both global infrastructures and legal technologies for their ordering. This was followed by a general general discussion on the theme of infrastructures as regulation, and regulation through infrastructures. This was the first step to incubate a new network of interested scholars at NYU and beyond to collaborate on infrastructure research going forward.
